What can you expect from us?
Laundry dropped off before 9:00 AM will be returned before 6:00 PM. If needed, we can arrange for guest laundry to be submitted later in the day. Additionally, we offer an express service when necessary. We understand that hotels strive to provide full-service solutions for their guests, and we always think along with you to find the best options.
The guest laundry process for hotels
We maintain high standards for guest laundry. Our goal is to ensure that our clients can return clean laundry to their guests with confidence. Upon arrival, each laundry item is tagged (so it is returned to the correct guest at the end of the day), pockets are checked, and we assess which cleaning process is best suited for each garment.
Freshly cleaned clothes are delivered in hotel boxes, and hanging garments are returned on hangers. If you prefer other arrangements, we are happy to discuss the possibilities.

We hold an Environmental and Quality Certification and are affiliated with the industry association NETEX. This gives you the assurance of a reliable, high-quality service.
